Incredibly smooth dark roast. This single varietal coffee was transported from the Jamaican Blue mountain region in the 1970s and has been grown in Haiti ever since. I have greatly enjoyed Haitian coffee since I first tried it around 2008. This coffee makes incredible espresso as well as a full flavoured intense French Press. Over the years it has been very difficult to get due to the persistent and unfortunate events that have afflicted the country and people. This has been a hidden gem at the Roastery the past few months with people who know it is here making the trip and asking for it directly. Only a couple hundred pounds left and it will not last long.
